Most of the “bargain” properties need varying degrees of repairs and/renovation to make it your dream home. Each one is different and requires a detailed scope analysis to determine the feasibility of the project. We can help locate a property with you or evaluate one you have already identified. Environs will meet with you to discuss your needs and determine if the home you are contemplating can meet those needs within your budget.

The initial meeting is free. The cost of the final report which would include project scope and cost estimate is dependent on the selected property.
