| This project was in a Midtown condo building circa
1920. Most likely this kitchen was state-of-the-art in the early
80's. Some of the old appliances were interesting but certainly
in need of replacement. Old track lighting and a dysfunctional desk
area were all replaced. |
We moved the dishwasher to a more logical location
next to the sink, added loads of upper cabinetry and turned the
"desk" into a bar area. The custom cabinets were designed
by Environs for the homeowner who had selected some from an un-named,
"big box retailer" that were of lesser quality and more
expensive. |

| The fridge and ovens were crowded on this wall so
we centered the new fridge and installed a new gas range. |
This beautiful, roman-brick style, glass backsplash
was a real find. Coordinating the grout with the creamy white, Zodiac
countertop brought all the elements together |
