A view to the front from the new kitchen. The 'wisteria"
colored front door looks great with the interior paint choice. We
assisted with all color selections making the process much less
harrowing for the buyers of this home. |

the 2 main floor bedrooms, coat closet, bath and interior basement

We gained enough space in this bath to add a large
vanity. Laminate counters were used to save a few dollars but we
included a decorative tile backsplash for some decorative impact. |

| The future homeowners loved this color
and we think it looks great. The bath is still waiting for the final
touches. The door to the right is the closet and the laundry is
just outside the entry door on the right. |

| A tight squeeze but the vanity fit perfectly.
Adding space to the right would have reduced the shower size so
we went with this configuration. The light fixtures were a favorite
selection! |
