Getting better! Footings are dug for the front porch expansion and are awaiting inspection. The windows have been relocated, house wrap installed and areas requiring new siding readied for installation.
The new dormer is dried-in with windows, sheeting and roof protection. The back is almost ready for new siding as well. The rear deck structure is framed with temporary bracing and using some old stairs for access. Footings are dug and awaiting inspection
New electrical wiring is evidenced by all the blue boxes. The headless electrician is installing kitchen cans! Recall the wire nuts connecting the old and newer wiring in this wall? ALL GONE...
Also, look back at the poor framing and rot in this wall? No more rot and solid, code compliant framing... A great perspective of the new stairs to the master suite and 4th bedroom.
