Morningside Master Bath —
2010 OBIE Award Winner!
This project was done in conjunction with the Kitchen below. We managed to update the very large, uninviting space without moving a window or wall which was quite a feat. The warm brown tile, pebbled shower floor and stunning custom-blended backsplashes came together beautifully. We are extremely grateful to the insightful and fun homeowners who selected us to help them design and install this lovely project.

Midtown Porch and Master Bath Additions
This Midtown home had seen several renovations over the years before its current owners came to the
rescue! Bad roof lines were causing water damage and didn't do much for the curb appeal. The original
front porch had been enclosed leaving an uncovered stoop as the entry. And, the master bath was a closet,
literally. Take a look at what it has become…

Sherwood Forest Master Bath Renovation
The homeowners (and good friends) of this great 1950’s ranch decided that when their youngest finished grad school, we could revamp their master bath. Thanks Lauren for finishing up that degree! The floor space is great but the layout didn’t suit their current lifestyle. A double vanity was a must-have as was a walk-in shower that was not fully enclosed at the top. Linen storage was a very strong want-to-have but we knew we had limited space. We moved the plumbing around and selected lots of great new finishes to create this fantastic, double-vanity master bath with a walk-in shower…

Morningside Kitchen
Originally built in 1995, this Tudor-style home had terrific flow and square footage but a very dated, lower quality kitchen. The homeowners purchased the house with the intent of getting the kitchen and master bath completed prior to their moving. We were engaged October 25th to produce the designs. By December 30th we had designed, bid and constructed the new kitchen and master bath, painted the entire interior, refinished all the wood flooring, replaced all the door hardware, installed two new French doors, repaired an unexpected leak and had the house ready for move-in!

Midtown Rehab and Second Floor Addition
You won’t believe the Before photos of this house! Only the foundation, exterior walls, hardwoods and windows remained once we recreated this 1925 Bungalow to a modern home.
A second floor was added while maintaining the character
and scale of the original house. The neighbors love
it.

Midtown Townhouse Master Bath
This project had lots of space limitations given its location in a townhouse development. Cost is always a factor but given the current market in multi-family residential, the homeowners were very conscious of cost vs. return on investment.

Reynoldstown Renovation
This was a home purchased out of foreclosure for specific buyers. Having exhausted all the options of existing homes available in their price range and acceptable neighborhoods, we got creative. Dubbed a “Buyer-Based Rehab” this project was not only a renovation wonder, the transaction proved successful and innovative as well.

Candler Park Facade
Even the neighbors couldn't quite figure out what we
changed on this Candler Park bungalow. We added a new
sunroom and screened porch to the facade of this house.
